Working with PST Files

Hi All

Please can someone, anyone, reccommend any programs that would help me to organise my PST files? I ahve a number of them going back through the years and my most recent ones seem massive. I would like to combines some into one, making sure that I have at least one copy of the mails, but also ensuring that the merged single file does not simply duplicate whats there. I do not want to simply join the files I want to end up with only one copy of each mail.

Any software that you enlightened people can offer a PST Virgin!! I am terrified of loosing emails and I am being forced to face this issue due to a HDD failure.. I do have all my docs and .pst backed up though..

Thanks for this... I had seen this and it is an option. I wondered if there was anything else to consider but this does seem to do what I want so I will see if any other suggestions come out of the forum but will go buy this if no other suggestions come. I'll go look at Youtube as well to see if there is anything showing this one in action. Appreciate the help.. now going off searching for a new internal SSD for my Lenovo Laptop... 500GB one I am thinking.!

Which ever way you go about it make a backup copy of your pst files and use that to try and merge together. When you are dealing with large pst files corruption can occur more frequent.
