missing HID compliant mouse in device manger

my HID compliant mouse is missing in device manager and now i cant use any mouse i connect in my laptop ( Samsung R40 Plus ) after i updated my drivers in driver max how do i fix this

If you Right click on "Multifunction Device" and select "Uninstall" then reboot your computer Windows should install that generic driver.

Sometimes just uninstalling the first one will take care of all of them. Just give it a try.

no, when i open windows it install automatically dunno why? i removed all except the charger

Try rebooting into safe mode and see if you can uninstall in Device Manager from there.
