Drag and Drop Doesn't Work in VirtualBox

Hey guys, i tried to change clipboard sharing and drag n drop to bidirectional but drag n drop doesn't work
 I have GA installed but even after reboot doesn't work  I followed Brian's guide but it doesn't work.
"Added experimental support for Drag'n'drop from the host to Linux guests. Support for more guests and for guest-to-host is planned."
I can't see any new changes in the newer release saying they have made changes to Drag & Drop. https://www.virtualbox.org/wiki/Changelog-4.2

Looks like its not compatible with Windows Operating Systems.

I don't see why it doesn't work and I don't have a copy of win 8 to test it with, I know it works as linux-host and win7-guest.

It states its only compatible for Linux in that image I posted.
