No Network Access Protection

Hello everyone, sikochikn again. I haven't been able to access the internet for three days now I have flushed the DNS, used the Internet Repair Tool and all to no avail. It is also causing my antivirus to not update correctly. On my Action Center page in my Control Panel under Security at Network Access Protection it says it's off and Network Access Protection Agent service not running. Could someone please direct me on how to fix this I've tried refreshing the pc and system restore with no luck . Thanks.

Yes I have tried that.

did you scan your computer for malware because Network Access Protection should not stop you from connection to internet

did you contact your ISP ?

Thanks For that Brian I would like to check into that. IP Technician just left I had a bad Tria in my satellite dish. Thanks for all of your help.
