Hi everyone,
came across this web site and was concerned it might be less than legal and a bit of a rip off as the tools are free and really dated
however it's the DART part that could be the bit that is illegal. Also it's head office is just a house in Liverpool.

The website is only for the UK no option for overseas purchasing. Anyway here is the site you can decide for yourselves

Charging for products that don't belong to them hmmm. Not sure about that.
