Heys Guys, I want to make a few small tutorials for my nieces, how do you make the shapes around parts of an image and make the arrows with a number in the circle, i tried paint but takes forever to make a circle, fill it in and try to size a number in it, is there an easier way, TY in advance

I use Techsmith Snagit
For free you can use snipping tool built in windows. or GreenShot (I have never used GreenShot)
