i will try this but the problem is that hole windows is running like a old lady right now:S waiting like 20 secs too get a program up and runningS: soe how that dang virus made my pc liek a old lady form the years 100000 :S

For start up issues hold Windows key+R.
In the Run box type "msconfig" without quotes. Under the Start Up tab, Uncheck all the things you don't need at startup (really all you need is the MS Operating System function and your AV running) I only have a couple of things running at startup it doesn't mean you can't use those programs. A systems speed is easy to achieve with a little maintenance.

Looks like its listed in Add and Remove programs.
Also you might want to use unchecky and Should I Remove IT, this is the file that is on your system SkypEmoticons Looks like Adware.
