Here's example what i mostly do with fixlist :

start
createrestorepoint: (if have doubt is file suspicious or not, otherwise i don't put that in fixlist)
closeprocesses: (If i find any bad)
[Suspicious files and registry keys]
Move: (directory)
emptytemp:
end

Is it good ? And i will add group policy if i encounter any in near future Big Grin
