Start by going to
"run"
now in the run box type "regedit" and hit enter
if your on windows 7 or visa click yes to the promt
now click "HKEY_CURRENT_USER"
scroll down
click "software"
scroll down
click "microsoft"
scroll down
click "windows"
then click "currentVerison"
finaly scroll down to "run"
now your are the stage where your can add and remove programs on start up to add one all you have to do is
right click , new , string value and then type the location of the .exe you wish to start on start up
but to remove a program just right click and delete
