(When Performing These Tasks Always Backup Yuour Registry)Speed up taskbar thumbnails in Windows7This is how to speed up taskbar thumbnails in Windows7, Some of you may already know this neat trick.
First off Open the Windows 7 registry editor,
Go to;
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Control Panel\Mouselocate MouseHoverTime key in right pan of registry editor.
Right click MouseHoverTime click modify and change value from 400 to any value less then 100 (400 is milliseconds) lower the value faster the thumbnail preview. (I use 1)
Click ok and close the registry editor window.
Now just logout or restart Explorer.exe before the changes take effect.
To end explorer.exe CTRL + SHIFT + ESC Then under processes find explorer.exe and end process.
To restart explorer.exe click on FILE select new task run and type in explorer.exe then hit enter.
