I want to thank Britec for the glowing reviews and everyone else for the great comments!

I also want to invite everyone here to a few links regarding D7.

The first someone already posted, to the new online manual here:  www.foolishit.com/d7/online-manual

Please keep in mind it is a very basic work in progress at this time; currently I am trying to add all the important content and I'm off to a good start.  As of this morning I have most of the basics covered, just trying to explain what all the various functions do (as I may not have made them all very clear in D7's interface) and trying to explain the configuration process; but there's plenty more planned, because I have tons of D7 functionality not yet covered...

One thing of note, as mentioned by Britec D7 is slow to start and can go unresponsive.  In the manual under the config section, there is a little bit about optimizing D7's startup speed and responsiveness, by disabling a few startup functions within the configuration.

I also would like to invite everyone here to post feedback, bugs, or new feature suggestions to my forums here:  http://foolishit.freeforums.org if you are so inclined.

I hope everyone enjoys D7 and finds it useful!

Thanks again!

Hi there,

Here are a couple of  quotes from the D7 site at www.foolishit.com/d7/online-manual
Quote
D7 is a fully portable application.
NEWS D7 Keratin .xml file removed, and replaced with a new Ketarin .db file, in order to use Ketarin as a portable 3rd Party Tool alongside D7.  Since this change, D7 3rd Party Tools setup has also changed; please see the Setup section of the online manual to the right!

I have used D7 many machines using my flash drive to do so. As for Ketarin, I would advise not removing it since it runs in tandem with D7, to remove it would mess things up big time for you.

Check out the Online Manual at the link give for lots more info.

HTH,
