Printing from Internet Explorer or Outlook Express messages is printed an the html source code instead of the webpage or email.
This problem is due to the association, a program for opening tmp files to a text editor (eg notepad).
So to solve the problem described this association should be eliminated through the following steps:
Open the
Windows Explorer From the menu, otherwise select "
Tools - Folder Options - File Types"
Click on the
Delete button to remove for
tmp extension the program opening association.
