Isass.exe uses 65 percent of cpu every time try to view hard drive content.

Hello,
I have a sony vaio laptop running Windows 7 professional 64 bit. Recently every time I try to open and view files and folders on my hard drive the system process Isass.exe uses 64 percent of my cpu power. I have attached a hijackthis log of my system. I would really appreciate any help.
