Hey everyone thanks for all the help trying to get my computer back to good form. A cousin of mine came over today and took a fond interest in trying to repair the computer. So as of right now the laptop is not in my hands. He's going to try what he can. He seems confident though. So hopefully my next post here will be a good one and we can close this thread or keep on trying.

Okay so turns out there was nothing we could do to solve the issue on the software side of things. We had to ship it back to the manufacturer to get the laptop replaced. THank goodness for warranties.

Well thank you again for everyone that helped me along the way to getting the issue solved. I learned a lot of great tools to help me with my future problems (pray i never have to ) But yes thank you very much!
