Hi readers

I have a piece of software called D7 4Tech which has various tools etc; used by computer techs.
Anything highlighted in red indicate a problem and in this case its "Problem Devices exist in Device Manager " . When I click on this , the issue is displayed , as seen below:

I don't know what this refers to. I tried to google it but there are no matches.

In Device Manager, show hidden devices, Non-Plug and Play Drivers, the MpKsl4ac68451 drive has a yellow explanation mark indicating a problem. I don't know what this is or if its safe to uninstall.
Also when I start computer it hangs on the Compaq logo screen and don't know if this has anything to do with this problem MpKsl4ac68451 driver.

Name: MpKsl4ac68451
Description: MpKsl4ac68451
Manufacturer:
Device ID: ROOT\LEGACY_MPKSL4AC68451\0000
PNP Device ID: ROOT\LEGACY_MPKSL4AC68451\0000
Service: MpKsl4ac68451
Class GUID: {8ECC055D-047F-11D1-A537-0000F8753ED1}

If any suggestions as to what this will be very much appreciated.

thanks

Micro Kid, don't mean to pass the buck...but you best to go to the creators website of D7 and look there.

thanks for your reply but what i like to mention is that the driver I was referring to has nothing to do with D7 4TECH so there is no point going to their website for information.

Anyway I deleted the driver and did a reboot. If windows considered this driver important it would have automatically reinstalled it.

just for the record.

The Mpksl4ac68451 driver that I have been having issues with lately ,  I recently discovered that its the  updated definition that  Microsoft Security Essentials
delivers when you update the program's virus definitions. It is supposed to update but it has been reported that using other security can cause this issue.
It may have been a leftover from M.S.E which I had previously installed .This may of happened when when I was installing  Avast Internet Security whilst running M.S.E before uninstalling it. Maybe I should of disabled M.S.E before uninstalling it and/or disable it before installing Avast.
I often check Device Manager and this driver has not reinstalled itself.
