Hey, I have had this computer for just under a year now and am now running Windows 7 x64 (used to be on Vista x64)
I get this error:
On Thu 12/11/2009 11:37:32 your computer crashed This was likely caused by the following module: ntoskrnl.exe Bugcheck code: 0xA (0x10082, 0x2, 0x1, 0xFFFFF800028D2B13) Error: IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL Dump file: C:\Windows\Minidump\111209-18127-01.dmp file path: C:\Windows\system32\ntoskrnl.exe product: Microsoft® Windows® Operating System company: Microsoft Corporation description: NT Kernel & System
Usually happens in game and happens randomly when generally using the computer too.
PC Specs: Intel(R) Core(TM)2 Quad CPU Q6600 @ 2.40GHz (4 CPUs), ~2.4GHz 4096MB RAM CORSAIR twin ram ATI Radeon HD 4870 Sapphire 512MB 500GB Maxtor Diamondmax 23 Hard Drive ASUS SKT-775 P5QC S/L 1600FSB + Intel P45 + ICH10R Crossfire Chipset 750W Powercool PSU
Since I've been getting this error, I have had my Graphics card, Hard drive and PSU replaced but I still get the error, I've also reinstalled windows several times.
Any help would be great

1) Is this a original copy of Windows 7 or hooky copy? 2) Have you done a fresh install or upgrade? 3) Has the PC or Graphics been overclocked? 4) Have you used memtest86+ to test memory? 5) Does the PC crash only when you play games? 6) Did the computer crash when you have Vista?
Things to try, seeing you have replaced PSU, Graphics, and Hard Drive I would give Ram a good long test with memtest also it could be a duff driver. also I seen this problem relate to the PSU when it can't push enough power. can you please upload your Dump File and put a link here so I can take a good look at it.

1. It's original 2. Fresh Install 3. No 4. Yes and there were no errors 5. No, it crashes randomly when using the computer as well, such as when on internet etc. 6. Yes it did crash on vista and it gave the same error A while ago I did infact test my computer by taking out sticks of memory sticks and it still restarted so I don't think it's due to memory. Here is the link to my .dmp files: http://www.megaupload.com/?d=U2BPHY3PAnd thanks for taking the time to help

Hi One of your dump files say:
Bug Check 0x3B: SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION The SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION bug check has a value of 0x0000003B. This indicates that an exception happened while executing a routine that transitions from non-privileged code to privileged code.
Parameters The following parameters are displayed on the blue screen.
Parameter Description 1 The exception that caused the bug check 2 The address of the exception record for the exception that caused the bug check 3 The address of the context record for the exception that caused the bug check 4 0
Cause This error has been linked to excessive paged pool usage and may occur due to user-mode graphics drivers crossing over and passing bad data to the kernel code. Maybe update graphics card drivers or if you have updated them use a older more stable version, looks like its related to grapics card issue's
i got to go out now so i look some more later
Brian

Cheers dude
Well, at the moment I've got the default driver with windows 7 but usually have the most updated.
Is there any way to tell which driver is most stable for my card?

Just download the full driver from ATI, Use the 9.1 Catalyst drivers, I would not use the driver that is supplied by windows that might be your problem. Try these drivers Windows Vista - 32-Bit Edition

Ok, just uninstall the current one and installed this, but I have to say that I've always had to most up to date ones before and it's still restarted

Hi all, Bradley, In Vista/Win 7 (very similar in XP), if you do >My Computer>Rt-Click>Properties> Advanced System Settings(1)>Settings(2)>Write Debugging Information and click the button you will see from the screen-shot that you have 3 choices to pick from. Cheers, Hope this helps, ticker
