konboot problem

I recently attempted to access a friends computer which is running windows7 .she had lost here logon password,
her computer only had one user account.i booted konboot via cd, it didnt bypass the user account.
by default the administrator account is disabled,my first question is - does konboot only work if the admin account is enabled. and second is it possible to enable the admin account via a recovery disk using the command prompt.

Hi there 1st of all i found konboot dose not work with all computers
2nd i would say yes you can activate the Administrator account using cmd in a rescue cd

run command prompt

type the following

net user Administrator /active:yes

erase any passwords for administrator

net user Administrator *
Enter
enter

then check the account is active by net user Administrator

and check for the line active

Hi! I am new to this site.  My girlfriend has a computer that has Windows 7 Home Edition installed.  I tried using the the rescue cd.  After enabling the Administrator account in Command Prompt, I restarted the computer, but the same user account keeps coming up (she forgot her password).  I would really appreciate more insight on how to get the Administrator account to show up after the restart.  Thanks.

Just remove the password with software like I did in the above video

There is other software to remove passwords for free i have covered this loads of times already

i also had this problem recently...konboot did not work for me.
but this software did and has worked on every computer i tried it on since..
