 Azn

Newbie here, have seen your vids Britec and followed them all, however konboot doesnt work on my lappy and i can only seem to find demo versions of passcape...so when i get to the stage of erasing my previous set password it advises me to register....can anybody else help me as i havent the funds to be purchasing software and my lappy is nearly brand new.

My old man decided to set the password to a name of an african river!!!!! but he entered numbers as well as letters as he seemed to think that the inital log on password needed to be super tough to crack....tough enough that he couldnt remember what it was!

Hi there,

Have a look at this tut on the forum, Trinity Rescue Kit - Virus Scan and Password Reset

http://www.briteccomputers.co.uk/forum/tutorials-and-how-to/trinity-rescue-kit-virus-scan-and-password-reset/

and download the latest version, 3.4 here http://trinityhome.org/Home/index.php?front_id=12&wpid=5, burn the ISO image to CD
and boot from it and use the winpass utility, this will get you into your OS.

HTH,

Hi, I didnt want to make a new topic, so I use this one. I also need to bypass win 7 password. I have tried TRK. but it didnt work for me because, I was so stupid that i used symbols from czech keyboard in user name ( ř,ž...), so I am not able to fill in my user name when I have to english keyboard. Can anyone help me please and give me advice how I should remove that f***** password... thanks
