MoBo: ASUS SABERTOOTH P67
CPU: i5 2500K
RAM: 16GB
OS: Windows 7

Hello,

Every time my computer starts up it displays a message saying the following:

Micron Technology Corp. PCI Express to SATAII HOST Controller ROM v1.07.23
Copyright(C) 2005-2010. JMicron Technology Corp.
Detecting drives; Done; No drives found.

Then it restarts the startup process by reshowing the motherboard splash screen and then it displays this next message:

Marvell 88SE91xx Adapter - BIOS Version 1.0.0.0016
PCIe x1 5.0Gbps
Adapter 1 Disks Information: AHCI Mode
      No hard disk is detected.

Afterwards the computer starts up fine and windows 7 loads up no problem. The applications on my computer work perfectly fine. It just bothers me a bit to see these messages every time I start up my computer.

Could somebody please help me figure out how to solve this problem?

Go into BIOS and disable the JMicron SATA controller.  Also disabled the Marvell controller.

Hope this helps you out.

Wow awesome! That fixed the problem!

If you don't mind could you explain why that helped? I'm not even sure what kind of problem I was facing in the first place. The computer just seemed to be doing a double boot each time I turned it on. I'm wondering, by turning these things off, how it will affect the performance of my computer?
