hello britec Azn

i am having problam for toshiba c640-psc02e .hotkey display on desktopnot work i am download this toshiba model driver on toshiba original site download the hotkeys driver but not work.any software requerment need sir.  the same computer model win 7 original dvd is work.i am install pirate dvd that is problam.please give a soluation step by step
