hello sir

i am having dell inspiron n4050 core i3 laptop.the problam is ,i am installed windows 7 ultimate and the install software for example skype and vlc player ,utorrent etc.. this programe shutcut in desktop.after 3days this programe not working .the error comming system32,any programe not open desktop shut and internet explorer also .how to fix this problam.give me answer step by step

Hi

It could be Viruses that are stopping you opening programs.
It could be file association that's messed up
It could be a icons problem

does it happen in safemode?
have you tried to create another profile to see if issue goes away?
