Default Windows 7 SP1 Services - Start Keys by Black Viper
http://www.blackviper.com/category/guides/windows-7/have a read , scroll down, download and run the appropriate reg key file for you version of Win7
note: these only set the startup type for the default services back to the default startup state, they will not fix damaged and missing registry entries and keys, for damaged/missing entries you are going to have to re-install the software associated with them. Depending on what damage you have done you may be looking at a repair install of you OS and other software.
