Hi Britec,
I have a laptop which came with win 7 installed on it from shop. but no win 7 disc, I have been it touch with maker, but they tell me to press F10n at start up before windows starts to get to re- install ,back to as new.But if my hard drive does down, I don't think this will be any use. Can you tell me is there a way to access this part of the hard drive to make a iso from it to able to burn to DVD?
Thanks for all your work.

In Control Panel, click  (System and Security), and then click  (Backup and Restore).

In the left pane, click  (Create a system recovery disc);or (Create a system image)

Insert a blank CD in the DVD, and then click  (Create Disc).
