Installing server 2003 in virtual pc 2007

Hi I'm new here and been following from youtube.
I have a problem which I hope you can help me with.
I'm trying to load Windows Server 2003 in Virtual PC 2007 but its not letting me do this can you please guide me on what to do?
Keep making those nice videos.
