hi
i cant logon to a user, i get an error mesage saying "group policy cliant service failed the logon, acsses denied"
can i sort it out or is it a major problem

i have a hp pavillion dv9700 win vista , up to date, all updates
please help me

can you login via safe mode to your administrator account??

i can login to my admin acount in all modes but my normal user which is also an admin and gives the mesage in the post above when in normal mode

Id would recommend u log onto another administrator account backup all the files
and simplery delete that account and make it again replace all the files and settings.
also recommend running a AV scan.

cool, ive created an alternative acount and started an av scan with malwearbites then gonna use super anti spywear
