How to create a Image or ISO of Vista using UltraISO

Good Morning.
I have UltraISO because it say it will work with up to 2TB's .
Nexted I want to make a complete copy of my C partition which is about 25GB.
I would like to make some kind of Image or ISO that could be bootable from a DVD Drive.
In case of drive failure or partition failure.
If the software I have will not do what I need it to do ,Please instruct me as I am somewhat
of a Neophyte.
Make & Model of Laptop, Acer Aspire 9810.
Operating System, Windows Vista ULTIMATE x86 SP2,with all update from Microsoft
Memory,2 gb.
HardDrive 2ea. 150gb. muiltiple Partitions with less than 80gb. free space
between 4 partitions.a primary with my OS,the primary and programs is 50 GB. with approx.
25 GB. free space ,and 3 Logic Partitions.
