Please do not write in caps

What operating system you got?
Is it a wired or wireless mouse and keyboard?
Does the touch pad work?
Does it work in safemode?
Have you checked your bios?
Check device manager see if there is a missing driver

assuming it is your laptop mouse and keyboard we are talking about ?

can you connect a mouse and keyboard Temp to it using USB?

add a mouse and keyboard to the computer so you can get in and then go the device manager and check the mouse and keyboard for issues

if there is a issue with the keyboard and mouse it will tell you so if there is a red cross or yellow triangle on the keyboard or mice settings

wright click select properties and check what the problem is there will be an  expaination setting tellying you why there is an issue and a

wizard to troubleshoot and help you rapir this issue

also check that the touchpad properties are loading at startup on the taskbar and if so check those properties that is why you would be

getting issues with this problem.

Hope this helps you
