netframe work error

hey there Britec 09 and everyone else

ok i did a win update recently and now i have a problem with newtframe work, everytime i boot up or after a short time i get the error i get 3 options quit,continue or cancel i also get a details button which shows the info on the error but it may be written in alein coz i cant understand it !!! i have copied the text and here it is -:

i have used the clean up tool and also tried to uninstall netframe work but for some reason it stops the uninstall process a short way through,anyone know how to fix this
