Dear viewers,

I have a massive problem with my Dell Dimension E520 which runs on windows vista 32-bit.
I am unable to start Windows and go to my desktop - it's simply useless.

Here's the problem:

File: \Windows\system32\hal.dll
Status: 0xc0000098
Info: Windows failed to load because the HAL is missing, or corrupt

I kind request someone (anyone) out there to help me with this issue as i'm not an expert?
i can provide further details of the computer and problem if required.

PLEASE HELP ME?
