plz need help asap

yesterday i formatted my pc
i tryed install windows vista to my pc but i couldnt because i was getting a error message its liek something was missing from the cd
it coudlnt read the installer or something.. all that happens 1 step behind installation

anyway i guess it is bootmgr
i tryed to repair but my pc couldnt find the cd``instaler or how ever its called`` i clicked search  button and i got to my computer
i had a drive called boot x and the dvd drive with the cd inside

anyway i searched ever y file i could and i tryed use them but i failed nothing i can do.

im searching all over google for help but still no answers.  so

can u help me? with someway??
