my laptop has gone into super hybernaton, how do you get it out of it

please help
win vista, hp dv9700, all but most recent (between x-mas and now)

i have a video of what happens when i press the power button
the up load box says max size 128kb
 my vid is 650kb. could i send it a different way if pos??
