In your video, at 2:20 it shows "System Recovery Options" and you clicked "Microsoft Windows Vista" and proceeded. I am not showing an OS at that point. I saw others that say they rebooted and the second time it appeared, but I have tried 4 times and it repeatedly shows no options. I see buttons for "Load Drivers" and "Next". If I'm supposed to load a driver, what do I select? Thank you so much for any help you can offer.

if you do not see your oprating system listed, click load drivers, then hit the back button and see if your operating system is listed

I tried this twice and it didn't work. Do you think it's a problem with my hard drive?

I actually tried continuing several times and it goes to the options but it's not repairing anything. I tried start up repair, it failed. I tried command prompt, it said it worked but did not fix my problem.
