CMOS battery is usually to blame for time synchronization issues. But if the battery is ok try to
"Clear CMOS"Also make sure under your
Time Zone Settings ... you are on the correct zone and also that the
*Automatically adjust for DST* box is checked you might want to do a synchronize via
time.nist.gov to see if that helps.
One last thing install this windows update if you dont have it install.
