Hey can anybody answer this?
My vista computer restarts itself as its booting up. The heatsink or fans are no clogged and the machine is not getting hot. So when its booted up I get a error report saying that it had a blue screen. But it hasn't. What could be happening.
Thanks

Hi Ryan

Welcome to the forum.

1. Check for dump files they look like this Mini121307-01.dmp these should help you diagnose your problem. you can use bluescreenview to view them

2. Check power suppy to make sure its not faulty

3. Scan ram with memtest86+ do at least 1 pass on all sticks

4. Will it boot to safemode? keep pushing F8 on boot up and enter safemode.

That will do for now let me know what happens
