1] Try logging into Safemode with Networking and see if the problem goes away.
2] In the search box in the
Start menu, type in Run. Click the first entry found and a Run window will open. Type in
MSCONFIG and click OK. In the new window go to the Startup tab.
3] Explore the list of entries in this tab and remove the ticks to stop them loading at startup. Then click Apply/OK.
