ok need help again guys....
i have a laptop in the office..it had a glitch that very now again it would come up with the BSOD and say something like memory dump ,,count its self upto 100% then restart...it only happened ocne a day ....now since then we have upgraded it to windows seven from xp pro....upgrade went fine....all lastest windows 7 drivers where loaded...
so today its being used and again the BSOD appears...now im no expert but i understood that this type of error could be a number of things....hardware,software,drivers.etc....now since we have upgraded only yesterday i can almost assume it is not a software problem, all drivers are correct and upto date, hardware all seems to be ok and working...the laptop doesnt get extremly hot....
the only thing im not changed is the memory modules...would a bad memory module cause this problem...

Well as you said if it was giving you BSOD on windows XP and you now have installed Windows 7 and its still blue screening means it could be hardware.
I would run checks on your memory with memtest86+ and test your hard drive and go from there.
