hello britec

i have one problam .the problam was hp mini laptop 110-1171se win 7 starpack original windows .250 bg hard disk,atom processor 10 inch screen, 2gb ram . i am open my computer only one drive that is c: .how to add d and e drive(splite the drive) any 3rd party soft ware here and one more question May be after divied(splite) i am dont want d and e drive how to joint for the space single drive (c:\) only.please say the ansewer winxp and win 7 supported.please understand the question
