On my first test I received the following error message:

Try (hd0,0): NTFS5: No grldr
Try (hd0,1): invalid or null
Try (hd0,2): invalid or null
Try (hd0,3): invalid or null
Cannot find GRLDR.
Press space bar to hold the screen, any other key to boot previous MBR ...
Timeout : 0
NTLDR is missing
Press Ctrl+Alt+Del to restart

Any suggestion appreciated.

I have this working, but the charcaters I type in the Run form, or in Notepad appear to be Russian.

Keying in 'CMD', displays CbB.  Keying letter 'b' displays a reversed N.

ny help appreciated.

Excuse my ignorance

I have rejoined the new ISO files, now should I load the ISO to a CD to install?
Or use a utility to create the USB drive?

There was no ISO file in your a-b-c folder process.

You can now burn that ISO file to CD or Make your USB pen drive bootable
and copy files from inside the ISO to pen drive and your have a bootable USB version

Ok that worked fine.

This version is not seeing my Realtec network adapter.
Trying to run the Intel MB CD, the launch .exe says it does not support my operating system.

Should the driver file be pre loaded to the file mix somehow?

Your first version with the Chineese/Russion characters detected my net adapter first time around.  Opera browsed.

This was awesome! I was wondering if you could help me?  I want to add a way to auto detect the network card and add complete Library of LAN drivers. You can download the complete Library of LAN drivers from:  http://driverpacks.net/driverpacks/latest
What I am trying to do is make a universal XP Boot drive that will auto load the correct NIC and get on the internet. Then run Remote Control software, so that I can get on the box and fix it. I want to be able to send out the disk to all my customers to use when they can't boot up and need help. Please let me know if you would consider working on this. Once again thanks for the XP on USB. Way KOOL!

Hi James

welcome to the forum it would be better to build your own cd and add the files that you need in the build.
this is why its best to build your own because everyone has there own needs.

I have a DVD with XP and Vista build with all the network drivers which I use for work.

Hi welcome to the forum

your best to make or use a Portable MatLab App
no install required
