Welcome to the forum;
When are you getting this blue Screen Of Death?
is it the first time it has happened?
How far can you go into the system before the the blue screen?
Can you Access Safe mode ?
do you have automatically reboot on system failure turned off?

yes if you want to recover the file from minidump

C:\windows\Minidump

you can also access your data from a per installed environment also if you have a disk

do you have your original windows installation disks ?

Please Give as Much Detail as Possible

to view minidump file information Download BlueScreenView Here

Hope this helps a little

Kind Regards

When I first turn on the computer the Windows XP screen will show then, it will prompt the option to safe mode, go to the last good config and etc.Then it will restart itself. If I turn off the restart automatic system failure it will show the blue creen and then error \Systemroot\System32\ntdll.dll.

OK that being said do you have you recovery disk so you scan extract the file back in ?

you need your original recovery CD to extract the files back that are causing the computer to

blue screen

Kind Regards
