TBH I think most people who want help dont ask for it in the right way. Remember we can't see his or hers computer and rely on them giving us as much info as possible.
BUT as you can see most people who want help for problems with there computer just say
"Help A.S.A.P" "PC Dont Boot" "Got a Virus" etc etc
Another problem is people dont read
Please Read Before Posting and I am sure that some people skip some fix's what we tell them to do if that don't know how to do it.
Not everyone is on the same level of computer skill...so if you have a complete novice with a hard technical error to fix, you can bet your arse that they wont be able to fix the problem in the first place and will end up wiping the computer back to factory settings.
Also this is a forum with free help and advice and I dont have a problem with people giving there ideas to fix computers problems for other people for free, without other people helping on this forum and other forums free help would not be possible, I am one man and I could not run a forum single handed.
Remember forum help and advise is FREE, the person with the computer problems still has to have the capability to fix the issues and no one said we have all the answers.
