i was given a emachine T3256 from a buddy that didnt want it... it originally came with 512mb ram but i swapped it with my 2 gbs i got from newegg. The comp had many errors and just didnt work right so i did some asking around and i was told to just reinstall xp. the problem was i didnt have the disc so i did some research and ended up installing xp pro (via dvd-r), and it worked fine besides it was missing the ethernet port driver, modem driver, and pci simple communication port. i tried to install drivers but internet still wouldnt work so i got another iso file but it was just xp home. i couldnt even get the install finish on that one. So now im left with a pc that just turns on and says no OS to boot. Also after awhile the xp pro would boot fine but have this blue screen error ( i would get the error but i dont have that OS) but i do know before doing this there was no blue screen error.  The bottom line is a shouldnt have even tried doing this but it turned out being little more complex then i thought. Im fustrated to the max and will have to pay my local shop 100 bucks if i cant get someone that can help me out. I need to boot via usb because im on a older pc that doesnt have a dvd burner. PLEASE HELP IM BEGGING.

 Azn Pcisbroke12

welcome to the forum.

Well its a bit late now but you should of backed up your drivers for that machine before you formated.
So what haapens is you formated and now you have no network driver to access the internet.

Do you have another computer to get the driver for that computer?

Do you know what the error code was for the blue screen? and the stop message?

So what is the main thing you want to do here? Boot from USB? and Reinstall?

Yes im using on older pc for now until i can figure all this out. I cant tell you the error code because ive deleted both OS i installed so my comp doesnt boot anything. Oringallly i wanted to upgrade to xp pro but now i just want to get my xp home sp3 back, i have the genuine activation code but no disc. The reason why im wanting to install via usb is because this pc's cd burner is screwed up. i have a xp home sp3 oem torrent and if i obsolutely cant install via usb ill make a cd somehow its just i want to get it working asap. ive looked threw the forum and im not sure which one do use, ive already done enough damage i just want to SUCCEED LoL and have my comp back Cry

Driver Pack should have your network card driver in it. if not go to the makers web page and get the motherboard drivers from there.
You only need to worry about network driver, once you have that you can download the rest with driver program

So i burned the xp home sp3 iso file on a dvd-r and the whole installation went perfect but windows kept restarting and there were a couple error messages i havent ever seen. Im starting to feel like my mine problem is finding a legit torrent file of windows. Can u guys direct me to a xp home sp3 iso file that works, i dont need cracks or keygens, because i have my genuine key that came with my pc.

I am sorry I cant help you with pirate software, are you getting blue screen of death? have you tested all your hardware?
ie: PSU, RAM, Graphics Card, Hard Drive etc etc
