GOOD DAY TO TO ALL, I CAME HERE AFTER WATCHING YOUR YOUTUBE VIDEOS and i have a trouble shooting problem i think you could help me with am have a problem with my pc. after running a virus scan and using ccleaner i felt my computer was in tip top shape until i restarted it am having a problem that is driving me crazy every time i click on a shotcut i will get this error messeage "WINDOWS CANNOT ACCESS THE SPECIFIED DRVICE,PATH, OR FILE. YOU MAY NOT HAVE THE APPROPRIATE PERMISSIONS TO ACCESS THE ITEM" it does the same for internet eplorer, msn messenger,just about any program i try to open i tried to run in safe mode will not load , tried system restore got the same message i just cant figure this one out is there a way you can help me ??/
