I am using spotmau and have seen the video posted how how to repair a corrupt hal file. But when I use it, #

Hey, When I Try To Scan My Computer I Get A Prompt That Says, "Cannot Find Any Windows System In Your Computer."

What Can I Do In This Situation?

Check and make sure the hard Drive cables are connected correctly and if it a laptop make sure the pins are inserted correclty

sice it is not reconizing the drive one of the cables or pins may have come loose if it is a sata connection go into the bios and make sure it is looking at your hard drive

before i bought spotmau, i tried to use xp recovery. It gave me three choices. one was the c drive. I must have done something because after that there were only two choices on the d drive.

No. There is an hp recovery function that restores the original  windows xp home edition..

No. It has three options: 1. restore windows to the orginal installation without affecting any data;2. restore with data lost and 3. a windows restore option, which won't work because windows won't load.

Have you considerd option 1 as it restors windows without data loss?
Is there any Data you need to get off the computer?

find the make press the buttons and under your boot menu or list see if the harddrive is missing
