ok the short story is the web cuts out cus of water in the cable however started downloads and programs continue to work.

what im asking it is there a way we can modify how we connect to the web so that when it stops working it reverts another way.
im not awsome at networking it if i ran some diagnostics and gave u the results would u guys help me out.

If your internet cuts out and your downloads still work? something dont sound right there. if you have problems because of water in cable and it knocks your internet out, but not your downloads I would ask your internet provider to check it out.

ye we have its BT but cus thers a major bus route going past so they can not dig up the road they only send out techiniaons.
you know when your in a airport or on a plane. and u have to pay for the wifi.
but if u have 1337 haxxxzor skills u can like get past it..
that kinga thing...

Its easy to gain access to any wifi network, even if it has wep key.

no i mean with port forwading of some sort..
like when u go onto the wifi it brings up a web page asking you to pay..
like in places up london.

It can be done BUT... if web page is asking you to pay and your hacking your way past this payment it will lead you into trouble if you dont know what your doing your leave a footprint behind and then its end of days for you myfriend. All for a bit of free web access... is it worth it... not really.
