i just want to find out something i use to have windowxp pc
unstill one day when i put it on it say "no vga signal monitor going to sleep"and the pc fan was turning really fast
well i fix the problem by open my pc the was like 4 plug in it and i change one of them and it worked but i dont know how
so anyway after i restart the pc it say the same so while fixing it i had a tool in my hand a tool u use to untie something u know what i mean i can spell that word;  somehow i hit the powersupply with the tool and it had a shock
leaveing my pc officaly shut down,  only the screen can come it of the monitor so my dad take the pc to a computer shop and it been the for like 7 month, and i buy this laptop from the pawnshop like 3 week ago;

should it take that long almost 1 year to fix a pc and it still in the computer shop?

It should not take 1 year to repair a computer, maybe you should contact the repair shop to find out whats going on with the repair of your computer.
