I haven't changed anything in my router yet, but from what I can see it is already set to DHCP.
I kind of got it working.
I went to
http://driverpacks.net/driverpacks/latest , and I downloaded the LAN file for XP. I created a drivers folder in C:/ on the flash drive (drive is showing C:/and X:/) and I put the LAN file in there. After I booted up the flash drive I went to the PE Import tool and designated the LAN file and it found the proper driver (Intel(R) PRO/100 VE Network). I clicked on import and I was able to connect to the internet using Opera. Great!
Upon reboot I had to it all over again since I couldn't figure out how to save the network configuration.
Is it possible that the LAN driver was already on the original build, but there is something about the way I put it all together that makes it inaccessible?
I wasn't as successful with the sound file or mass storage, but I'm thinking I need to assemble the iso differently or change some properties somewhere.
All advice appreciated.
