1. Open an elevated command prompt.
2. Type the following command:
bcdedit /copy {current} /d “Safe Mode Command Prompt”
3. bcdedit /set {guid} safeboot minimal

note: guid number will be your your guid value, example:
4. bcdedit /set {g00446si20ah4971ne000a01} safeboot minimal

5. To use the command prompt instead of the Explorer shell:
6. bcdedit /set {guid} safebootalternateshell yes
