Hi There. I have had a problem with my windows 10 operating system . The problem that I am having with my windows 10 operating system is that when I connect my backup drive to my device in order to do a backup I open up the settings page and then I go into update and security and then I go to the backup option and then I click on the more options button . And then I click the button that says backup now and when I click that button it then says that it’s backing up your computer data but then after about 2- 5 seconds of been on the settings screen it crashes randomly without any warning
