ok re-download the driver make sure close all open program before running it

i have tried closed all other programs, still no luck

also i did checked hard drive with seatools & crystaldiskinfo

Download this program called DriverPack Solution from  https://drp.su/en by clicking on the button  as illustrated below

Launch the software, and  select "Expert Mode"

Now select "Software" from the left panel and uncheck all the software from the list that would be presented to you

Finally, select "Drivers" and you should see an option to install the missing drivers; click on it to start the install
