Is it possible to check a minidump file when an os hasnt been completely installed - smirk24 - 01-26-2018

I keep running into the bsod stop 0x0000007b which seems to only happen when i get to right before you are able to click ok before the 30 second timer counts down to 0

Oh cool yeah if you get the time can you make a video? I remember your video you did about the stop 0x0000007b but i didnt remember a chance that you can check the minidump file atleast using hirens boot cd .

Because stop 0x000007b happened before so i moved my tv card from the computer and changed the sata cable and the same stop 0x000007b happened so i was like lets see:
It cant be a setting in the bios because ive installed xp on the computer before with the same settings.

It could be the sound card or maybe my nic card but why i was hoping for away to check the minidump was to just find the problem fix it and finally again have a successful install of my favorite dinosaur os again
